I came across your blog through StillMagnolia's. (She's my across-the-hall neighbor here at school.) Anyway, I can SO relate to the project you have going on. Every summer, I choose a room to paint. (I'm almost finished with everything...whooppee!!) Anyway, this past summer I did the living room and dining room. We've been talking about refinishing our hardwood floors forEVER. After pulling up the who-knows-how-old wool rug, I knew I had to do SOMETHING to the floors before we would be able to have them refinished. I spent an entire weekend cleaning them with amonnia and water. That made a huge difference, but I was SO excited when they were actually refinished.
Me ??
I'm just an everyday woman...a wife, mom,and Nana trying to live my life to the fullest. I've been married for 30 years to the love of my life! We have 2 children, Kristy and BJ, their spouses Phillip and Catherine, and the 2 most perfect grandchildren God ever put on the face of the earth! Not to mention my pugs!
I'm a God fearing christian,a sister,an aunt, and a member of The Kentuckiana Pug Rescue. Come join me on this wild ever changing ride that is my life!
